Product Advantage
(keywords: high-strength flower basket bolt, adjustable tensioner, steel structure tension control)
The flower basket bolts are made of 45 # carbon steel or 40Cr alloy steel, with a tensile strength of up to 800-1000MPa and a maximum bearing capacity of 200 tons. The unique bidirectional thread design enables precise adjustment of ± 2mm, making it particularly suitable for engineering scenarios such as bridge stay cables and building curtain wall supports that require precise tension control. According to laboratory testing, the regulating mechanism can be operated more than 50000 times without failure.
(keywords: hot-dip galvanized basket bolts, stainless steel regulators, corrosion-resistant fasteners)
The standard product is treated with 80 μ m hot-dip galvanizing and has passed a 3000 hour neutral salt spray test; 304/316 stainless steel material is optional, especially suitable for corrosive environments such as marine engineering and chemical equipment. Tests have shown that the hardness of the galvanized layer reaches HV550, the wear resistance is more than three times that of ordinary bolts, and the service life exceeds 15 years.
(keywords: universal rotating flower basket bolt, irregular connection adjuster, non-standard customized tensioning device)
The product specifications cover M10-M56, providing multiple models such as bidirectional adjustment, unidirectional locking, and universal rotation. The specially designed special-shaped connector can perfectly adapt to different structures such as angle steel, H-shaped steel, round pipe, etc., and the installation efficiency has been improved by 50%. It has been successfully applied to 500+key projects.
(keywords: anti loosening flower basket bolts, high safety factor fasteners, seismic resistant building connectors)
Adopting a triple anti loosening design (locking nut+anti loosening gasket+thread glue), it has passed the 8-level seismic test. The product complies with the GB/T 1231-2006 standard, with a safety factor of 3 times the working load, and has been applied to multiple large public buildings with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees or above.

Product Applications
Used in cable-stayed bridges, suspension systems, and guy wires, turnbuckles maintain structural integrity under dynamic loads. 316 stainless steel models resist corrosion in harsh environments.
Ideal for rigging, sailboat stays, and dock bracing, turnbuckles withstand saltwater exposure. Hot-dip galvanized or 316 stainless versions prevent rust in marine applications.
Adjustable turnbuckles secure lighting trusses, sound systems, and temporary structures with ±1mm precision, ensuring safety during concerts and exhibitions.
Used in conveyor belt tensioning, crane systems, and pipeline supports, turnbuckles offer durability and easy maintenance in high-vibration environments.
Critical for solar panel mounts and wind turbine guy wires, turnbuckles endure extreme weather while maintaining tension stability.
1. Pre installation inspection
Visual inspection: Confirm that the threads are not damaged, deformed, or corroded
Accessory matching: Check that the size of the connectors (hooks/loops/forks) at both ends is consistent with the size of the connecting piece
Lubrication treatment: Apply a small amount of lubricating grease (such as molybdenum disulfide) to the thread
2.Step by Step Installation Guide
Step 1: Initial Connection
Fix both ends separately to anchor points (steel cables/structural holes)
Manually pre tighten to eliminate slack state
Step 2: Tension Adjustment
Use a special wrench to cover the middle socket
Clockwise rotation (tightening)/counterclockwise rotation (relaxing)
Adjust no more than 1/4 turn each time, alternate between adjusting both ends to maintain balance
Step 3: Final Locking
After reaching the target tension, tighten with a torque wrench to the standard value (e.g. M24=120N · m)
Apply an additional 30% torque to the anti loosening nut to ensure it locks in place
3. Adjustment precautions
Do not use electric tools to directly impact the sleeve. In dynamic load situations, a 10% safety margin should be retained. After adjustment, mark the nut position with a paint pen
4. Scrap judgment criteria
Replace immediately if it is found that the effective meshing area of the thread is less than 70%, visible cracks appear in any part, the sleeve cannot rotate, and there is no lubrication problem
FAQ
Flower basket bolt (also known as tensioner, adjusting screw) is a metal connector used to adjust the tension of ropes, steel wire ropes or chains. It consists of two threaded ends (left and right) and a central adjusting ring, which can be tightened or loosened by rotating the main body. Widely used in fields such as ships, buildings, stage construction, and power lines.
(1) Classified by structure
Open Body: The central adjustment ring is exposed, making it easy to adjust quickly, but the protection is poor.
Closed Body: The central adjustment ring is sealed, dust-proof and rust proof, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
(2) Classified by end connection method
Hook Ends: With hooks at both ends, it is convenient to temporarily connect ropes or chains.
Eye Ends: Both ends are circular and used for fixed connections (such as wire rope terminations).
Jaw Ends: U-shaped fork heads at both ends, used with pin shafts for stronger load-bearing capacity
Load requirement: The working load (WLL) must be greater than the actual tension, overloading is strictly prohibited!
Connect both ends separately to the rope or structure that needs to be adjusted (such as screwing the left-hand end into the left-hand threaded joint).
Rotate the central adjustment ring clockwise to tighten and counterclockwise to loosen.
After adjusting to the appropriate tension, fix it with a locking nut or wire (to prevent loosening)!
Overloading prohibited: Do not exceed the calibrated working load (WLL).
Avoid lateral force: Flower basket bolts are only designed for axial tension.
