Product Advantage
As a key rigging connector, the butterfly shackle can flexibly connect various components such as chains, lifting rings, hooks, etc., covering bow shaped, D-shaped and other types, meeting the connection needs in different scenarios. It is an indispensable connection tool in the industrial field.
High quality materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. are used, among which the load-bearing capacity of high-strength steel material is increased by more than 30% compared to ordinary carbon steel. The surface has been treated with galvanizing, Dacromet coating, etc., which enhances its corrosion resistance and extends its service life to twice that of ordinary products in humid environments, ensuring stable operation under harsh working conditions.
The safety factor reaches 4-8 times, and after passing the double safety load test, the shaft pin has no permanent deformation and can rotate freely. The length increment of the buckle body meets the standard. In the sampling reliability test, it can withstand twice the test load without fracture, providing a solid guarantee for operational safety and is a high safety lifting connection.
It is widely used in many industries such as power, metallurgy, and petroleum, and plays an important role in large-scale equipment lifting, cargo transportation, and other scenarios. Easy to install and disassemble, able to quickly adapt to different specifications of rigging, improving work efficiency, it is a trusted multifu

Product Operate Guide
Load Capacity Check: Confirm that the shackle's rated load matches or exceeds the actual load. Never use a shackle with a rated load lower than the required weight.
Visual Inspection: Check for cracks, deformations, or excessive wear on the shackle body and pin. Ensure there are no signs of corrosion that could affect its performance.
Pin Condition: Verify that the pin moves freely and can be securely tightened. Do not use a shackle with a damaged or stuck pin.
Installation: Align the shackle with the connecting components (such as chains, hooks). Insert the pin fully into the shackle body and tighten it securely to prevent loosening during use.
Load Application: Ensure the load is evenly distributed on the shackle. Avoid applying a side load, as this can reduce the shackle's load-bearing capacity and cause damage.
Operation Monitoring: During lifting or pulling operations, keep a safe distance from the shackle. Continuously observe the shackle's condition for any signs of abnormal deformation or movement.
Removal: After use, loosen the pin and remove the shackle carefully. Avoid dropping or hitting the shackle to prevent damage.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the shackle with a clean cloth to remove dirt and debris. For shackles used in harsh environments, apply a thin layer of lubricant to the pin to prevent corrosion.
Storage: Store the shackle in a dry, ventilated place. Avoid storing it with other heavy objects that could cause deformation. Classify and label shackles of different specifications for easy access next time.
