Product Operate Guide
1、Pre - operation Inspection：Check the lifting chain adjuster thoroughly. Ensure there are no cracks, deformations or other defects on the surface (verified by 100% magnetic particle inspection). Confirm that the anti - detachment stop pin or safety stop pin is intact and can work normally. Also, check if the specifications of the adjuster match the chain (e.g., a 6mm chain with a 1.12 - ton rated load adjuster).
2、Adjusting Chain Length：Put the chain link to be adjusted into the inclined slot of the adjuster. Use the 销轴 to connect the adjuster and the chain firmly. Ensure the chain is stuck in the correct position to avoid slipping during lifting.
3、Lifting Operation：After confirming the adjustment is correct, start the lifting operation. During the process, pay attention to the load, which must not exceed the rated load of the adjuster (e.g., 2 tons for the 8mm chain model). Avoid sudden lifting or dropping to prevent excessive force.
4、Post - operation Treatment：After the lifting is completed, remove the adjuster from the chain. Clean the surface of the adjuster to remove dust and debris. Store it in a dry and ventilated place to prevent rust, ensuring it can be used normally next time.
